Unclass time was an opportunity to delve deeper into a topic that we wanted to learn more about, outside of our courses’ class times. I joined other Language Arts teachers as well as foreign language teachers to investigate and discuss a flipped classroom model. While we liked the maximized activity time, in class, with the teacher, we often found ourselves drifting back to home work issues–how and why we give it as teachers.
